Registration
- The competition is open to players 16 years of age and over. The following divisions will be available: Mens Elite, Mens A, B, C etc, Mens Over 35, Womens A, B, C, D etc. Players in the Over 35 division must be 35 years or older on 1/1/2011.
- The competition consists of 18 rounds of fixtures, plus two finals.
- Cost is $1600 per team of up to 10 players (less than $9 per game, not including finals). Additional players may be registered for $160 per additional player. The registration fee includes a shirt, shorts, and socks, all referee fees and injury insurance.
- Registration will occur at Canberra Rd Oval (in canteen) on the 22nd August, 29th August, 5th September, or 12th September 2011 between 7PM and 9PM.
- Payments can be either Cash, Cheque, Eftpos, Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, or direct deposit to the account name "Gwawley Bay Soccer Club", BSB 112879, A/C 4821 88906. Please include the team name with the cheque or direct credit. Teams will not be included in the draw until fully paid.
- At registration teams will be asked to nominate the clothing size for each player. Once completed size changes will be at the players expense. Teams can pick up their uniform on the evening of round 1. Teams are asked to allow extra time before their round 1 game to enable distribution of clothing etc. Teams will also receive a match ball per team - this should be brought to and used in each game.
- There are no residency restrictions.
Rounds
- All 18 rounds will be played at Southern Districts Rugby Club Forshaw Park, 223 Belgrave Esplanade (between the Athletics Field and Doltone House), Sylvania Waters. Rounds will be played on Tuesday nights on the dates shown below.

- Games will kick-off at the following times: 6:20, 7:05, 7:50, 8:35, and 9:20PM.
- Games will be 20 minutes per half.
- Teams will receive 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and no points for a loss. Forfeits will receive no points and 2 goals against.
Finals
- A two round finals series will be held to decide the winner of each division between the top 4 teams from that division. In the event of a draw at the end of the series, the goal difference will be used to determine the teams that go into the finals.
- The finals will be held March 6th and March 13th.
- The match schedule for the finals will be decided closer to the play dates.
General Rules
- Unlimited interchange during stoppages.
- Slide tackles of any kind are not allowed.
- No offside.
- All players may enter the goal circle, and the goalie may leave the circle.
- Foul or abusive play will not be tolerated.
- Teams caught playing unregistered players will lose all competition points.
